Mandy has almost 30 years of experience working within the Utilities Sector, spanning Water, Gas and Electricity. She has a track record of delivering major customer migrations onto multiple platforms whilst protecting the business as usual service.

She is highly experienced and has a proven track record in revenue assurance for both debt turnarounds and unbilled identification and rectification and has acted as a Consultant to all of the major utilities in the UK.
